Vetty and other Background Screening providers get our SSN Trace results from a database that uses your Credit history to pull address, name, DOB and other alias names associated with your Social Security Number. This is a soft pull on credit and will not affect your score.
Since you haven't established any credit, there are No Records from this database. This is common for people under the age of 25 or if the Social Security Number has been recently issued.
To improve this in the future, try establishing credit!
To Clear the SSN trace No Record status, please upload a copy of your SSN card into your Vetty applicant profile in the Documents and Disclosures section and email us at email@example.com to notify us. We will take a look to verify it and mark the record as Clear.
If you would like the card removed from your profile, you can log in at applicant.vetty.co and go back into your documents and disclosures section. You will be able to click the red trash can and remove it. This can also be done on the Vetty side and you can let us know to delete it for you by emailing us again at firstname.lastname@example.org
